Daphne Bryson Jackson is the CEO of DBJ Consulting, a leadership and business strategy firm based in Atlanta, and the visionary host of From Here to There®, a digital empowerment platform inspiring women to move boldly toward purpose and success.
With over 30 years of experience spanning government, business development, and corporate strategy, Daphne is known for helping leaders and organizations bridge the gap between potential and performance. A certified life coach and facilitator of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ and DiSC® Workplace assessments, she specializes in supporting high-functioning teams and helping organizations not only meet but exceed revenue projections and performance goals.
Daphne also co-founded WICERS, an annual conference for women working in the non-traditional fields of construction and engineering.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and empowerment—making her a powerful voice for women as they redefine their professional and personal journeys in an ever-evolving world.
